Our No Hassle Return and
Satisfaction Guarantee is Simple:
If you are not fully satisfied with any
of our products, we will gladly accept your return and issue a full refund
or exchange (whichever you desire) within 30 days of the shipping date.
Refunds or exchange value would be less the actual shipping and handling
costs, which will exceed the flat rate that we charge. All
we ask is that the item have all its original packaging and materials.
This applies to items purchased only at TheBowlCompany.com and does not
apply to any auction items or Amazon items.
Discontinued and Special Order Items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
if returned. You will be emailed if any items are special orders.
All Make An Offer purchases are final sale. No refunds or
exchanges.
Claims
for damage must be made within 14 days of shipment - no exceptions
as this is a shipper restriction.

Orders over $200 need to receive a return authorization and should
call or email.
Return Policies

All returns must include original manufacturing boxes, tags, authenticities and
manufacturer materials. No refund can be provided if the product is returned
without these items. Returns are accepted 30 days after an item ships.

Any order, for any reason, that falls below $49 will have a shipping charge
applied for items which you agree to have shipped.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide for
return shipping. Please insure your package appropriately.

All returns will have the actual shipping and handling charges deducted from any
refund. If you received free shipping, the minimum deduction will be $12.
This is the minimum shipping and handling charge for us to ship an item. It can
go up depending on what is returned due to size and weight.

If you partially return an order which causes it to fall below the minimum
threshold to receive a discount, the discount will be recalcuated and adjusted
to your refund

Make an Offer and all orders which are emailed as final sale are non-refundable
or exchangeable.

Orders over $200 require a return authorization. Please email us at
CustomerService@TheBowlCompany.com with your order number to receive a
return authorization.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days. If you do not see your refund within
14 days, please contact us.
Orders Received With A Broken Item

While we do our best to package your order and over 99.5% of our items arrive
undamaged, we do occasionally have customers report broken items.

All claims for breakage MUST be made within 14 days of the ship date. No claim
for breakage will be accepted after this time. Please inspect your item upon its
arrival.

To begin a breakage claim, we require a digital picture of the breakage. Please do
not return broken items. To start the process, send an email to
CustomerService@TheBowlCompany.com and include your order number and the
item that arrived broken. We will send you further instructions on the claim
process.
Order Policies

Customers will receive an emailed confirmation of the order upon
completion. Please check your spam or junk if you do not receive it.

Customers will receive an email with an estimated shipping date of the order
within 1 business day.

Orders that require multiple shipments do not incur additional shipping charges
unless we specifically inform you prior to shipping and receive your approval.

Customers will receive an email with the fedex tracking number upon shipment(s).

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in the process of being shipped from us
or by the manufacturer. Our
systems are heavily automated and once in processing cannot be removed
or cancelled.
