Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are for the continental US (excluding AK and HI) or for Canada
where designated.  For mulitiple items, we take the full shipping value of the
highest priced shipping item and half the cost of the remaining items for Continental
US shipments only.  For shipping discounts outside the continental US, please contact
us first for a shipping quote

About Fixed Price Auctions.
Most of our items offered on E-bay are offered at a fixed price. This allows
our customers to purchase the item at a "buy it now" price.  There is no need
to wait until an auction gets close to closing time to bid.  In a "buy it now" process
you purchase the item immediately and are also expected to make payment
immediately after the purchase.

Items Offered For Sale On Ebay:
All of our items offered for sale are brand new, with all original packaging.
We do not sell seconds or after market items.  These are all first run,
high quality items directly from the manufacturer or potter.

Ebay Return Policy
All Items (Fixed price, traditional auction and second chance offers) may be exchanged within 30 days of shipment. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.  Return must have all the original manufacturer materials. Claims for damage must be made within 14 days of shipment.

No Refunds on any Ebay Purchase. You can exchange it for a different
item or we will issue a Gift Certificate that can be used at a later date.
Exchange price or gift certificate will not include original shipping
charges.  Original shipping charges are not part of the exchange.
Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs on all auction items.
